  2. We drop off and position it

    Our driver places the unit on flat ground exactly where you want it, with the door oriented however you prefer.

  3. Weekly maintenance, then removal

    We pump out, scrub, and restock each week, then haul the unit away whenever you say the job is finished.

We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're family-owned, so if something isn't right, we take responsibility and handle it that same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer dates. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

What is the servicing frequency?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly visit.

How do extended rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on site until you contact us for removal.

What kind of spot do you need for delivery?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can reach, free of overhead wires and away from any active digging.
